Fee Schedule
Therapy
Standard sessions (rates effective 1/1/2024)
50 – 55 minute session / $170*
90 minute session (collaboratively scheduled ahead of time) / $225
30 minute session (collaboratively scheduled ahead of time) / $140
(Requesting longer sessions may result in additional fees. You will be advised of any additional fees that may be incurred prior to the session.)
* Sliding scale fees are available for some clients
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. If you would like to use insurance to pay for a portion of your therapy, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance provider to find out if and how your benefits apply. Contact information is typically located on the back of your insurance card. If you do have out-of-network benefits, I will provide a receipt/superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
(If you decide to seek some reimbursement through your insurance provider, note that insurance companies require documentation of a clinical diagnosis – e.g., Depressive Disorder or Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Your insurance company will also have the right to request documentation of progress made over the course of therapy.)
Flex spending and health care savings account funds can be applied to therapy expenses.
training/speaking
Fees for consultation and training are based on the services being requested.
Standard fee for in-person presentation / $275/hr
(Additional fees may be incurred based on required preparation time and materials. You will be advised of the estimated cost prior to finalizing any arrangements.)
Consultation
Consultation on an individual or small group basis around themes of grief and loss, including clinical application / $125/hr
(Consultation is only offered remotely with no in-person option)

Payment
All fees are due at the time of service.
By including your credit card information when you complete your intake paperwork, the system will default to making an automatic charge for the cost of the session to your card at midnight following the session. I accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash as payment.
